Hi, I’m looking for a replacement for my Broadgate Park tenancy. I currently have a standard enhanced room on a 44-week contract, priced at £144.90 per week. The flat has two bathrooms shared between six flatmates. I’m hoping to swap as soon as possible - please let me know if you’re interested!
