Architecture applications

I'm going to be applying for architecture undergrad this year. Do you usually get asked to send out a portfolio with the UCAS application, or do unis separately email you to send one in after they've read your personal statement?

If you're applying for PG architecture degrees then you wouldn't be using UCAS

It can be any time from the date you submit your UCAS application so make sure your portfolio is pretty much ready before you apply. It varies by uni, but expect to given around 3-4 weeks to submit your portfolio.
