Ucas queue

So, results day is creeping up and I'm terrified. I just have one question, how does the UCAS queue work? Do you just go onto the website and get put into the queue? Also, when does the queue open? Sorry for these questions, I'm just scared. Good luck for results day!

UCAS hub updates at 8 am on results day. Just log in when you are ready. Note - due to the amount of traffic on the site at that time, it might take a bit longer before you can see your status. It was 8:20 before my daughter could see her status last year.

Hi, I missed my offer by one mark (SQA) and was technically put on hold. Luckily my firm then updated my ucas portal to say accepted, which is amazing. But I am panicking as haven't received anything from the Uni. Am I celebrating too soon?

If your UCAS Hub says your place is confirmed, then you have a place. Unis are busy processing all the A level results so it might be a while before you receive anything. Go celebrate.
