fractional skills level 2 instead of IELTS

I am a nurse in my home country, and I am planning to move to England soon on a marriage visa. I am wondering if it is possible for me to apply for work with a fractional skills Level 2 degree instead of needing an IELTS certificate. I am aware that nurses typically require an IELTS certificate to apply for a work visa, but since I won't be needing a work visa, I am hoping to explore alternative options such as fractional skills Level 2. Does anyone know about it?

I will arrival in England soon, I require an IELTS certificate in English in order to secure a nursing job. Additionally, can I apply for a job in hospital by fractional skills level 2 insted of IELTS ???
