uk tourist visa got rejected

ok this is my first question on this site, my uk tourist visa got rejected on 29 april 2024 due to lack of strong ties with home country and i have no travel experience and i am from india and also my english is not that great however i have good marks in english in school board exams that are needed for international uk students in alternative of ilets score . in july i applied to university of hertfordshire through a agent and i clearly told him that i had one uk tourist visa rejection but he didnt mentioned it on my uk university application and during university interview when they asked if i had any visa rejection i clearly told them that i had 1 uk tourist visa rejection bcz i am not dumb if had lied to them about visa rejection those mfs would have label my application as fraud and could have reason to withhold my deposit fee of 5000 gbp but after 2 days i got mail that uni cant issue cas to me bcz of my travel history and rn i am very worried if ever will get chance to study to uk. i want to study only in uk bcz i have no intention to study all i want is to experience western life and see cultures of different world .i mean yes i will study will do all things but uk will be best for me as its affordable , english country and can do mba in just 1 year .

Apply to well reputed universities not universities like Herts. Go for universities like UCL, SOAS or Durham as these universities have a higher rate of approval for visas and they don't worry about issuing CAS etc.

bro all universities u have mentioned are expensive and i could have got admission in them but like my intention is not purely to study i just wanna enjoy uk lifestyle can you mention affordable uk universities with fee less than 20000 gbp which can issue cas to me , i have good academic marks btw .
