Medicine or Dentistry or different career paths

I am not sure what career path I want to look towards to because I am good at stem subjects but also art. When I was little I was told that I should become a doctor but at that time I didnt know why they keep telling me this when I was mainly interested on just drawing and art. But as I grew older I began to understand why. Because artist don't make as much money or more likely to struggle with money compare to like doctors or lawyers whos job role is something that in the future people would constantly need, so its more reliable. I have finished my gcses and I feel like those subjects I have done the best on as I am not really a essay person. So I am not sure if I should do as my third a level phychology which is essay based subject but also I am not sure if I want to do maths because I dont know if phychology would be more interesting as a subject than maths or if I would like it. Also, I am not sure if I would rather consider picking art as an a level because I am predicted a high grade 8/9 and I know I would probably do well, but I heard that theres a lot more work obviosly but I if I do art its going to take up a lot of time so i dont know if I would be able to balance that when doing biology or chemistry a level , when I did art gcses it took a lot of my time. But I always love maths however in gcses season I started to hate it when i did the first paper I found it pretty challenging from someone whos good at maths because I am not really good with wordy questions. And I dont know if like I should do medicine or dentistry because other are saying that dentistry is more like time manageable and has high pay but I am not trying to sound silly but i dont know if I would like to work with teeths like. but then I heard that medicine just takes up a long time and its hard to balance in life, however I also do enjoy doing biology. Furthemore, I heard that on tiktok that I should probably consider picking a essay based subject as my third a level like phychology as this would help me gain transferable skills for the future but also i do hate subjects like english language because I have to think more of what I have to say and its just harder for me general but i do prefer english literature because I found it more interesting than the creative side.
What do you think I should do? What a level do you recommend? What paths do you think I should consider?

If money is your only motivation for picking Med or Dent then you need to rethink your career aims.
Altruism is fundamental to both careers. And you don't sound that keen on relevant science subjects like Chemistry. And btw, most Psych grads dont end up working in Psychology - its tight field and there are far too many grads.

Maybe look at Law instead?
