Start by looking at the 'entry requirements' for all of these degree subjects on a range of different Uni websites.

Will do but Im still stuck on what subjects to pick for this upcoming year. Last year was kind of confusing because I entered in the last year of Gcse's and studied the 2 year program in 1. As for that, I'm not sure what I want to pick since the grades haven't been released yet. I just want to get an idea of what a level combinations are smart.

If you actually look at the entry requirements yourself, you will start to work out what you need to take.
Looking at the entry requirements for these courses and choosing subjects accordingly would probably be helpful, especially as it’s such a varied set of courses that you want to look into. You have to pick only one of these to pursue further in uni, unfortunately. You’d probably want maths, I think, for many of these and at least a science.
It would help further if you know what universities you want to go to, as each one has different entry requirements. Then maybe we can go through each one and see if the subjects are to your liking

There's a lot of unis that offer joint courses with business which you may want to consider looking into given your broad interests.

Maths is always a safe bet at A-Level, many courses require it and it is always on the preferred subject list for top universities, its definitely necessary for finance and recommended for business
The sciences are also good picks, Physics pairs particularly well with Maths, but Biology might be a better choice if you end up wanting to pursue psychology (most unis don't actually ask for psychology at A-Level)
If you're looking towards something more creative, Art should definitely be on your list

It might be worth picking 4 subjects at the start, seeing which you enjoy the most then dropping/switching subjects a few weeks in
