Transferring from Cardiff to Bristol University

Hi,
I need help.
So I am an internationational student studying biological sciences in Cardiff University, at the start of the semester they told us in year 2 we can switch to any other sciences we want which include Biomedical sciences and neuroscience.
I have decided to switch to biomedical sciences but due to some few issues I have decided to transfer to this year to Bristol university, do you think they will let me in and continue from year 2 and also transfer to biomed?
