If you applied via UCAS, (rather than directly to the uni), then you'll have to wait until the A-Level embargo period ends before you receive any update.

I have apply from UCAS and get my conditional offer letter on UCAS but my student advisor also tag my application through them and they can't upload my English proficiency result on UCAS they email directly to university and I received email from UCAS that my application is unsuccessful.

All results have to be sent directly to the individual Uni, nothing can be uploaded to your UCAS application.

But I received email from UCAS that your application is unsuccessful.

UCAS aren’t sending any of those notifications currently. When exactly did you receive it and was it forwarded on to you via an agent?

I receive this email 4 days ago on my email.

That was just prior to the A-Level embargo.
What reason did the uni give for the rejection?

University didn't give any rejection or any decision.

Hello, I meet all conditions but it can't receive unconditional offer letter. I am waiting form 6 days. Manchester metropolitan university
