I would recommend ringing them until you get through in case it's just that they don't have a queuing system in place. Do they have a live chat or any other contact numbers you could ring?

AGHHH ikr the exams clash😔. i have mocks in feb and i have a clash for chem and french as well then lol.
Also... for french what movie and book are you doing? I studied the movie last year and it was La Haine which was SOOOO good, like it was actually really interesting!!! and the book i am doing is Un Sac de Billes which I just started this year in school.
