can i get a 16+ or 18+ student oyster?

if im taking a course equivalent to a levels at a university in london, ill be 18 throughout the course, but i dont live in a london borough (i still live within a tfl zone)

I don’t know about that one, but you can take your Student ID card and ask the assistants at a tube station, they will generally help. But you can get a 18-25 Railcard for £30 and link it to a normal Oyster card. Besides discounted trains, you get 1/3 off any off-peak travel on the London Tube. The assistants at the Tube stations are the only ones who can link this for you.

Do you happen to know where in London is best to sort this? Staff don't seem to know about it.. but I've heard it can be done 👍
