year 13 and uni stress

can anyone help? i’m so stressed about uni applications, like what i can’t get in? what if i don’t have enough extracurriculars and a levels, what if i don’t get the results i wanted? i’m just really worried, is this normal or am i overthinking everything
It is normal to worry about things, but asking a bunch of 'what ifs' isn't going to help you because you are just imagining the worst case scenario. What are you doing at the moment to try and write a good personal statement and get the grades you want?

for personal statement- i’m going to a uni summer school soon, i’ve done some extra reading and started a mooc, i’ve got some volunteering in place, i had 1 session of work experience and i presented about my subject at a uni conference. for revision i’ve just been going back and making flash cards and notes on things i didn’t make in the year

Hi There. It sounds like you are feeling stressed about Uni Applications at the moment. It is great that you have been able to voice how you are feeling right now on here. Often chatting things through with someone else can help when we find ourselves feeling stressed. This could be with a friend, family member, or a Teacher who you trust.
