iQ Vega Vauxhall, SOAS accom?

i'm interested in applying to soas through clearing and my preferred accom would definitely be iq vega vauxhall. it says on their website they only can allocate 95 students and i've tried emailing but got no response. I also fit the low income requirements to apply for this accomodation. i'm wondering if anyone has any experience staying at this accom, how did they find it? and is it likely there would be any spaces left for september??
