Hello all.

I have failed my OSCE 3 times and now being removed from the course 3 months before i qualify, i have a major issue with my OSCE being matked by the same assessor 3 times which i have been informes is a breach of poliicy and proceedure.

Question is where will i find this information please.

Sorry to hear.
I assume you’re not a UK student if you were due to qualify in 3 months time. You would need to check the assessment criteria for your specific course and your course regulations.
Do you mean the same assessor marked every station in your OSCE? That’s a bit unusual. Usually you’d have a different assessor per station and therefore total mark made up from several assessors’ feedback.

I’m so sorry to hear this. Number 1 lawyer up, I recommend Edward Henry King’s Counsel. His father was a doctor and he has worked with doctors including Hadiza Baba Garwa before. He recently exonerated someone after a lifetime in jail. I know him very personally and he’s incredible. 2. if you have a diagnosis that you didn’t know about at the time, for example dyslexia or ADHD there may be potentially mitigating circumstances that could be argued in court or on appeal. You have to make sure that appeal does not prevent you from going to court. Which is why you need a top-tier lawyer forget about money right now. I should not be the same person who assessed you three times. If you don’t mind me asking, are you white? There’s also evidence from the BAPIO vs RCGP trial there is significant bias in
assessments that I don’t think has been corrected yet. Send me a DM or send me your number. We should have a quick chat and I can point you in the directions that will help. This is absolutely ridiculous.
