A-levels for Medicine
I am waiting for A-level results, and I plan to reapply for medicine however I am worried about my outcome. I have straight 8/9s for GCSE, and I am predicted A*AA but my grades are very inconsistent. I did revise very hard up until my exams, but I have trust issues with myself.
I predict that my worse case scenario is BBB, and realistically maybe ABB. I am eligible for a few foundation courses for medicine but I am unsure if they are worth it. As for UCAT revision, I have done some but I am waiting for Results day where I would have over a month to revise it fully.
The other option is to resit but I know many med schools aren’t lenient, and grad entry is more difficult.
What should I do?

What are your concerns regarding a foundation year course?
If things don't go well (fingers-crossed you get amazing grades!), please do come back here. We will be working hard to support you on results day and will be rooting for you all the way!
You could try clearing at some universities like Brunel university which are not as oversubscribed maybe?
But there are barely any unis which have clearing for med
