I'm heading into yr11 but I hate music GCSE

I really really hate my music, I hate doing the guitar and I hate composing and I hate theory. I thought maybe if I tried at it long enough I'd like it but I didn't. Also add that to the fact that I haven't had a proper music teacher since December, I've only had subs. Is there anyway I can drop it? I feel like I might actually have a mental breakdown and I've already suffered panic attacks and stress from it. I'm also having my guitar lessons cancelled since I didn't play it but I use to love it untill music made me hate the sight of a guitar. Is there anyway I can drop it now? I know that if I carry on I won't be able to pass my GCSE music due to this pent up stress.

I’m pretty sure you are able to drop it now - start off by emailing your tutor, head of department, etc…

I hope everything goes well for you!
