Student finance when changing degree

Hi, I’m going into second year and I’ve changed my degree from single to joint honours (within the same university) how do I go about changing my student finance ? Is it something I have to do or do university do it for me ? If anyone has any experience with this I’d really appreciate a reply, I’m really stressing out thinking I’m not going to get my loans because I’ve changed course.
