Forgot Student Finance login details

Forgot my student finance login details as I've studied previously years ago and now want to start studying again. Tried ringing the suggested number but I can't access the email account that reference number was sent to. Please help me someone.

Just tried this. I failed the security check even though I told the lady on the phone I don't know the email or phone number on the account or customer reference number. Said to fill in the PN1 form and mail it in. I'm sure I saw that you need a customer reference number for that too.

The PN1 form however will allow you to apply for 24/25 and takes 6-8 weeks from when we receive it. You'll be sent your letter of entitlement which will include your customer reference number. Thanks, Jason

Hi there,

As Jason advised you'd need to send a cover letter to an office in Glasgow asking for the account to be reset. He included the information to state on the letter but the full postcode isn't there. The postcode is G5 8DF.
