It’s not a specific message it’s just the homepage has updated to say that

Ah okay, so this is something that all logged on users would see?

From reading it again, it is basically just confirming that accommodation arrival bookings will open on 19th August.

The words "you can" is very lazy wording from the accommodation service though.
