Poor Communication with Oxford Brookes

In May I reached to ensure they still had my deferral application from last year after calling several times they told me they have it in hand and that over the next 2 weeks I would receive a "Welcome Email"

And I still havent 3 months have passed by I'm genuinely confused as to whether or not they have even reserved my place
