Can I get another student loan?

Hi I did 60 credits of a law degree back in 2012 but I dropped out as I struggled with the workload due to mental health issues and illness that it emerges were related to me having ADHD. I have since been diagnosed with ADHD. Due to the medication i am now confident I could manage the workload and have applied to start a Bachelor Of Engineering with the Open University. Would I be entitled to a student loan? I have applied for the loan, along with DSA and will shortly be submitting my evidence but am worried I might not be able to get one. I have paid the last loan amount off in full about 5 years ago

Thank you

60 credits was half of the first year, I was studying part time with the OU.

If you have 1 year previous study and are continuing at Part Time level you will continue to receive support.
