Hi, I'm a new postgrad research student and recently received an offer to stay at Alcuin college this year. Anyone else here staying there? Would be great to get to know people!

midwifery ! alcuin is super close to where we get lectures so it’s really ideal - wbu??

been on a gap year just working so excited to get back in an education setting

from what i know of looking into undergrad alcuin it’s normally around 8 but can be between 6-12, it might be less for postgrad as i’m guessing there’s less of yous overall in actual halls

I see, may I ask if the undergrads or postgrads are put together in the same block or flats? Or are they separated instead?

i would imagine we’d be in different blocks but i haven’t heard anything about it tbh, so we could be together but if i had to guess we would be separated
