What am I eligible for?

Hi,

I am applying for my final year of student finance, however seem to be running into a few problems.
I have a dependent- a foster child who is 15.
I also live with my dad.

I have been told to upload evidence:

evidence of other unearned income?
And
Prove your special support loan?

I can’t understand why i have been asked for this evidence, also am I entitled to anything as a foster carer? I am being asked to upload child tax credits or child benefit, but as a foster carer we don’t receive anything other than a foster grant from the local council.
