Internal transfer at UCD dublin

Hi all, I’ve applied to a master’s degree in Human Rights at UCD starting in September. I was wondering if an internal transfer would be possible at graduate level to a masters in Public Health? And if it is, what process does one need to follow?

Hi all, I’ve applied to a master’s degree in Human Rights at UCD starting in September. I was wondering if an internal transfer would be possible at graduate level to a masters in Public Health? And if it is, what process does one need to follow?

From their Applications FAQs page, here, entitled "Frequently asked questions about UCD graduate applications".

"Can I change the course I selected in my submitted application?

It is not possible to change the course after the application has been submitted.

If you have applied for the wrong course, you can select Withdraw to cancel your application. You can create a new application for the correct course by selecting Start a New Application in your application account.

You will not need to enter all of your details again; personal/contact details and previous education/employment details are saved in your application account.

Please do not select Withdraw if you wish to edit your application; this will cancel your application and it is not possible to start a second application for the same course."

I can find no published details discussing opportunities to transfer from one graduate course to another. Note that you can contact UCD Applications for further clarification of the above via the UCD Student Desk Connector or via phone on 01 716 1555.
