anyone here who didnt got cas as they were not able to pass sponsership checks for uk

hertfordshire refused to give cas as i was not able to pass sponsership checks because of immigration history . i have one uk tourist visa refusal which i clearly mentioned to my agent but he being oversmart didnt shown that visa refusal on my university application and during university interview i clearly told them that i had one uk tourist visa refusal as universities are very money minded and could label my application as fraud and could have refused to refund my deposit fee
