Switching from Warwick to LSE for economics

I am incoming economics student at Warwick in September 2024. I got a 39 in my IB with 775 in HLs with the 5 being in Math HL. However, I was sick during the exams which is why I also submitted an extenuating circumstances form to Warwick. Now I want to transfer or apply for LSE's international and social public policy with economics or Geography with economics programme. What are my chances of getting in? Will they consider the extenuating circumstances if I also submit my predicted grades where I got 44/45?

Have you rung LSE and spoken to them?
I can't see why you couldn't try to start at LSE instead of going to Warwick? The process of doing this is called Clearing.
LSE have a fair chance of saying no, but there's no harm in ringing them to ask.

I'm also going to update the title of your discussion so that it's clear what your question is about
