So i take phys chem and bio, i got bb in chem and bio and c in physics. I plan on giving retake in physics. My question is can i go from a b to an A or A* in chem and bio in A2? If so, how should i approach it?
You can do anything in a year academically if you put your mind to it. I just saw an international student who went from a D at AS in chem to an A* at A level. For bio myself i was on a E at the beginnibg of AS got to just a C by end of AS and got my first B on my last ever mock before my A level exams and really hoping for that B

I went from achieving Cs in AS Chem (in my mocks) to an A in the 2024 AS exam after extensive amounts of effort put into the subject - so my answer would be yes, you just have to try hard enough!

You can definitely go from a B to an A/A* in Chemistry and Biology at A2 if you set your mind to it. Practicing as many past paper questions as possible, setting up a consistent (but realistic!) study schedule and discussing any content you don't grasp with your teachers can help a lot. If you've struggled with any of the material from this year, consider glancing over it before you head back to school in September - this will give you a running start for the term ahead, and help solidify any accidental gaps in your knowledge.
