Should I bother putting Cayley/Hamilton/Maclaurin Olympiad medals in Maths PS

Even if they are fairly mid, i.e. bronze/silver. is it worth doing? Or should I focus more on BMO1/STEP/wider reading?
I'm applying to Cambridge btw.

Of course you should focus more on STEP do increase your chance of getting into Cambridge but for your personal statement focus more on wider reading and you can mention any olympiad medals you have gotten and explain how preparing and carrying out these olympiad papers makes you a great choice or better prepared for this course. (Spend the majority of your words on wider reading and make links to how this relates to the course you've chosen).
