Unconditional Offer - Coventry University

I’ve received an email from the course leader stating that I’ve now got an unconditional offer but I haven’t received the confirmation email/letter to accept the place?

Has anyone else experienced this?

You could reply asking the course leader how long it takes to get official confirmation?
Can I just double check that this is for a PG course and you're already an UG student?
