Can I get into Oxford with 4As?

My subjects were Maths, Chemistry, Physics and Biology. In Maths I got 88%. I want to join the physics undergrad program. I am an international student.
You can try to apply but i recommend you to retake atleast one subject to get an A star as Oxford requires an A star. However, you may still a chance ( although low) as you do 4 a levels and with a good P.S, with a good PAT score, you may get a conditional offer. The conditional offer may be higher than normal....

If you are going for physics, you do not meet the entry requirements and you definitely will be rejected pre-interview unless you are retaking maths or physics at the time of reapplication. You need A*AA with the A* in either maths or physics (or further maths, but you haven’t taken it).

Furthermore, it is very difficult to get into Oxford physics without further maths. As such, your chances won’t be as good.

I mean he does 4 and so some unis say that 2 A's are equivalent to A star

Oxford most certainly does not. They make an offer based on 3 A levels and specify that you must have an A* in at least one of maths, FM and physics, which the OP unfortunately does not.

If it’s AS, then you may well still stand a chance. Had it been the full A level, that would have ended any chance of getting in without resitting.

What are your predicted grades for your A levels next year and how prepared are you for the PAT?

I am learning a few concepts from further maths for PAT. I don't know my predicted grades yet but I got high As in all my subjects. I just got my results yesterday so I don't have my predicated grades ye.t

Good call. I would recommend PMT for access to PAT past papers and solutions. However, I have heard the format of the PAT is changing this year and so don’t expect to get a paper exactly like the ones you can find here:
