It's called Manna Ash House, and it's near Moonraker Point. (September 2024 - August 2025)

(weekly rent: 369 pounds)
10 min walk from Waterloo Station / 2 min walk from Southwark station
Sainsbury's right next to accomodation
double bed, private en-suite bathroom, double wardrobe

Hello, I am in the same situation as you; I had to cancel after the 45-days period and they are keeping me liable until I find someone to replace me. It could help us both if you tell me about problems you might have had or still have with the accommodation! I think it's a completely unfair rule, and we can work together to get ourselves out of it.
