Tenancy takeover for a double bedroom in a 6 bedroom student house

A bright double bedroom on the first floor of a newly decorated house 2 minutes from Broomhill shops and 10 minutes from the University of Sheffield. I am looking for someone to take over my share of tenancy after changing universities due to personal reasons. The room is available immediately and the contract (which would be organised through the Broomhill Property Shop) runs until the 30th June.
There is a modern kitchen, large lounge with sofas, TV and dining area, as well as 2 shower rooms. The property also has a sunny, sheltered garden and on-street permit parking available.
Your house mates are all students at the University of Sheffield, who are clean, tidy, relaxed and friendly, with a range of different hobbies and interests.
