Marginally missed my LSE offer

My offer was 38 points with 667 HL and in addition I needed to get a 6 from English SL to meet the language English language requirements as international applicant. I got 37 points from my IB exams instead of 38 points but I still received 667 from my HLs. However, I got a 5 from English SL and did not manage to book a language exam by the DL. I had some mitigating circumstances which I submitted since my relative passed away during my finals. What are the chances that LSE will still take me?(I am still waiting for their decision)

I'd honestly say chances are pretty low, was LSE your firm choice?
Have you met the conditions of your insurance offer?
What course are you hoping to study?
