Assuming you mean June 2023, then see page 11 of this PDF.
(In BTECs, the concept of grade boundaries only applies to the external units - the ones assessed via exams - so that's why those are the only units listed.)
Edited to add this link to the specification, which covers overall grades on page 273, as perhaps that is what you needed.
