Can I receive a Teaching Bursary if I already have a Master's?

Hi, I'm looking at doing a PGCE after having already done a BSc and MSc.

I'm looking to train as a Design and Technology teacher, for which you can get up to a 25K bursary, however, the government website says "You must be eligible for student finance to receive a bursary or scholarship".

As I have already completed a BSc and MSc I don't think I'm eligible for any more student finance, so am I eligible for a bursary?

PGCE finance eligibility is exempt from rules about previous study and higher qualifications. As long as you meet the citizenship and residency rules then you should be funded. I’ve known people with PhDs get PGCE funding before now.
