I am an international student and I've gotten an ACC ( A in law C in English language and history) I obviously don't meet the offer for my universities (university of Bristol and Leeds) so could someone please guide me on clearing and which (good) universities would likely accept me for law with these grades (I am not planning on changing my course)

There’s no guarantee that you wouldn’t be accepted by one of these universities. There’s no way to know until tomorrow.
Have you looked in the law forum? There’s usually a thread for law clearing where people share entry requirements for different universities.
Do you have any criteria for what you’re looking for? Big cities? Legal specialties? Accommodation availability? Cost of living?
Please rest assured the clearing process is very straightforward. It's definitely worth ringing around a few of the universities you may be interested in to discuss your grades and circumstances to find courses you may be eligible for. TSR have an excellent guide on the whole process - Guide to Clearing 2024 | The Student Room.
