Have you tried bettering yourself? You've got to realise that there are more things for you to do than to just chase girls. Find your passion and work on yourself. Focus on attracting not chasing.
Maybe you’re playing a bit out of your league. Work on your game, widen your search, keep going. It can be soul destroying but it’s about resilience and it makes it all the more worthwhile when something works out

They're not rolling the dice. Why do you think they should pick you over the other options? If you can't answer that honestly then you can't expect them to end their.

Two reasons..
1) You may simply not be especially attractive to most of them.
2) You may lack the will to escalate.
You said you spoke to these women but did you ever try and kiss them or ask them on a proper date. Or did you just expect that something would happen.
