Why doesn’t Coventry’s HEAR of the percentage within the classificaton?

Hello everyone, I just received my HEAR (Higher Education Achievement Report) for my undergraduate degree and it doesn’t provide any information on what percentage I achieved within my 2:1. The report only contains all of my grades achieved through out my 3 years at the university and it provides information on the 3 ways that the university uses to calculate the classification and for some reason it provides information on post graduate studies. I don’t know what specific percentage I achieved since Coventry uses multiple methods to calculate the classification and each method gives a different answer. I tried calling the Coventry registry but they couldn’t help.
Hi,
Coventry University Student Ambassador Here,
Have you tried to contact anyone within your course as they may have access to the original percentages for your HEAR? If not you could try emailing the Coventry University Student Engagement ([email protected]) and see if they can help or point you in the right direction.
I hope this works,
Dan
