What university should I go to?

I am in need of some advice, tomorrow is results day and I don't know what to do as i want to do law and have firmed university of manchester, and put royal holloway as my insurance. I live in London so moving to manchester is quite far but i don’t mind doing it, however my student finance has still not been processed and i dont know if im going to get it in time so there would be no way for me to pay a deposit for accommodation or just accommodation in general until my student finance comes in so i would have nowhere to live. Because of this I am regretting firming manchester and im thinking about calling royal holloway to ask if they will take me instead (if i get the grades) as its closer to london so i could commute until i find accommodation, however this makes me worried as I know in law going to a russel group is important and royal holloway isn’t really a prestigious university. So what should i do?
