How do I stop my eating habits?

I've have been improving my health for the last 3 years, I am in my mid-late teens and I've lost 20kg, i still have a rectangle figure and although i'm improving i'm consistently pekish. i really want to lose another 15kg and have a semi-rectangle hourglass shape. i think eating is my biggest problem, also i am in a calorie deficit and go to the gym doing strength training and cardio everyday. any tips. btw i want to acheive this before 2025

You need to eat foods that are satiating. Eating, for instance, chocolate, even on a deficit, will lead to you feeling hungry since it is not as satiating as, say, something high in protein.

okay thx, ill try this
You’re doing really well in the gym I agree with eating food high in protein but also foods with slow release energy such as eggs oats pasta things like that can make you feel fuller for longer also cut down on bread it your worse enemy if you’re trying to lose weight.

You can eat bread, just the right kind! Sourdough, rye, sprouted grain are good.
The answer is actually in the title of the thread. Just change your environment and surround yourself with people who eat healthily. It can make a big difference
