Apprenticeship/part time job

Hi, slightly strange one here I can’t find much information about.
I currently have a 30hour per week retail management job and I am studying business management with accounting at the open university.
I’m basically looking for an apprentice type job where I am funding my own qualification (as I am currently in the middle of studying). Something like a company taking me on as a part time employee while I complete my degree to learn the job hands on and gain experience. If it makes sense- an apprenticeship where I continue to fund my own qualification. Is this a thing?
I can’t apply for a full time job as I don’t have the experience or qualification yet and I can’t apply for an apprenticeship as I am already in the middle of studying for a degree. Can anyone give me advice?
