I already took a gap year and have options for both of these courses. The foundation year would take me directly onto Economics as I miss the requirements by 1 grade. But it’s another year. Idk

There's no straightforward answer to this really. If you feel you would benefit from taking a foundation year and a bit more time before hitting full undergraduate study, then use it. If you don't, then you have made your choice. Other than that it's more about doing a bit more research about both unis and decide which one would be a better fit for you.
