Applying to Dentistry abroad or resit

I have just opened my results, and it's not been very pleasant as I've got BCC. To apply in the UK, I'd have to wait a year, resit the UCAT (which I have already booked), and resit all 3 A-Levels, and only a fraction of dental schools allow resit A-Levels for dentistry. Alternatively, I have applied abroad as well, to Ireland (Trinity College Dublin and University of Cork), Spain (CEU San Pablo University Madrid) and Bulgaria (Plovdiv Medical University). For Ireland, I'm not sure if they'd take my grades, but we'll see; I'm on the waiting list in Spain, and there is only one applicant ahead of me, and I am sitting the entrance exam for Bulgaria later this month. However, it might end up that I will have to sit the ORE after I graduate to practice in the UK, and there aren't any student loans abroad. I am not sure what to do. Please give some words of advice.

Trinity College Dublin: B and C in at least 2 of the sciences. I am not sure which subject your B is in.

If find the CAO point requirement confusing, so it's something you need to confirm with TCD. 3A* at A Level is 555 points, and even if you get an A* in your 4th subject it only adds up to 600 points. See: https://www.cao.ie/index.php?page=scoring&s=gce

This is a similar case with Cork uni: at least Cs at A Level Chemistry + Biology or Physics.
However, the CAO scores confuses me since the maths don't seem to add up. See:
https://www.ucc.ie/en/ck702/#section4 which would point you to the following when you find it: https://www2.cao.ie/downloads/documents/2024/Guidelines-EU-EFTA-UK-2024.pdf (pages 88-89)

Hi there , I study dentistry in Valencia , do double check it is the case that you would have to sit the ORE as it is not the case for me ..
Hi I’m going into fifth year studying dentistry in Bulgaria If I’m really honest here’s what I recommend you do: take the gap year and resit. But also apply abroad. Start studying abroad and do the ucat etc. . If you get any offers by November, start studying for resits, if not, continue your degree abroad. Hope that helps !
