Could I ask what your other results are and where you are planning to study a law degree? Have you applied to go to university this September or are you planning to make your application this year for next year instead?

I havent applied yet, I got E in chem and D in bio, but i did have extenuating circumstances, the thing is i am thinking of applying for law at birmingham and they say AAA but hopefully if i work really hard and i am working on teh extenuating cirucmstances i can get AA secodn time round, i just dont relaly wnat to do all 3 again, if unis would accept my eng lit as it is. What is ur opinion?

You could certainly consider just retaking the two, however please note that there is a risk Birmingham would not offer a place given you would not be able to meet their typical offer requirements with your B grade. Are there any other universities you are considering?

You could always try, but they are unlikely to be able to give you a definitive answer on what decisions will be taken in the next applications cycle. I would certainly consider researching other options as you do get to apply to up to five universities!
