SFE PFF2 Help!

I recently contacted SFE to find out why my maintenance loan is still at the minimum, even though my parent’s income is quite low. They mentioned something about my PFF2 form being inaccessible. I had originally mailed it because the online submission didn’t work, but I’ve since re-uploaded a digital version to the 'supporting documents' section. How long will it take for this to be processed? My university needs confirmation for a scholarship I’ve applied for so should I contact them about this? I'm quite worried and unsure what to do.

Hi there. When did you provide the uploaded version? Was the one you sent in the post originally received by us? Thanks, Leah.

Thank you for getting back to me. I spoke with someone over the phone, and they mentioned that the document was received but hadn't been processed for some reason. They advised me to resend or upload a digital version of it, so I went ahead and did that this morning.
Hi there. If we have received it and it's not been processed, then it should have been referred to be processed, you wouldn't need to upload another. I would recommend contacting us again about this. Thanks, Leah.
