More slots for accommodation after results day?

As the title says, would results day mean that private student accommodation and university accommodations open up more slots due to cancellation? Essentially, I accepted my offer after the room guarantee for KCL (my college kept telling me to wait) and private accommodation in London is now full, I never found a vacancy and when I did the website kept bugging out and never let me book it, should I hold out hope that someone cancels or find a private apartment?

Personally I would advise going private this late in the day. I've been advising another user who has really struggled to find anything.

i think you should wait until the portal opens up on the 19th i’ve seen people cancel their bookings cause they didn’t meet offers so there will be rooms
Hello,

I am a third year KCL student. My friend is looking for someone to take their accommodation room as they shall be moving to some other flat.

These are the details:
Don Gratton House
Rent: £282
Closest station: Aldgate East
Time to reach KCL: 20 min by bike and 25 mins on the tube
Very accessible and close to university (both strand and Guy's campuses)

Do let me know if you are still interested. I shall be more than happy to get you in touch with my friend who is currently students looking for a room so that they can cancel their contract.

Thanks and all the best 🙂

I will refer you to Don gratton directly. I just need your email and phone number and they'll get in touch with you.
The above is what private messages are for, please do not post email addresses or phone numbers on this public website.

Also beware of scammers who may not have the rooms they say they have.
Right. In that case - I suggest it would be best to go directly through their website.
