This entirely depends on what you want to do afterwards.

If your career legally requires you to have a degree, what is that degree in and does it need to be approved by a professional body?

If it's a specific type of degree that you need, which specific unis do you intend to apply to?

•

If your career requires a professional qualification, what are the entry requirements of that qualification?

•

If you want to just be open to multiple degrees and courses, what do you need from your A Levels?

In an ideal world, you should obtain A*A*A*A*, but I guess that you are asking this question because you are not sure whether you are able to reach those sort of grades.

This question makes no sense. The exam boards are roughly the same. The choice of exam papers you do are more or less provided by the exam board that you are studying under.
