2nd year flat

Okay so about to go into 2nd year and in March the girls I was meant to move in with I decided didnt want to anymore after some stuff happened, so I found a capitol students accommodation close to my campus and booked it so I didn’t have to worry about flats or anything but now my friend from my first year halls said she’s found her second year flat and she had said if I wasn’t going into halls I could’ve moved in with her and now I feel some sort of regret as I don’t know anyone in my new flat.

It depends if the girl still has spaces left in their flat, and whether you prefer your new place more (assuming you've already signed the contract for the new place, which might make it trickier to switch if you did want to). It also sounds like the place you've picked sounds pretty convenient overall. On the plus side, even if you don't know anyone in your new flat yet, you'll get to know them when you move in  If you're still friendly with the old flatmate you could always go and visit them.
