how to get rid of lovesickness

I've recently had a crush on this girl. It's the first time I'm experiencing lovesickness and unfortunately there is no way to go out with this girl. There is also no way to get away from seeing this girl. How do I get rid of lovesickness and get rid of this crush?

well if it's ur first time it'll fade after a while, like in 2 weeks to a couple months probs. but if u wanna get rid of it kinda fast:
everything she does that gives you the ick, think abt that. everytime she says something rude or smth, focus on that, and eventually you will have no desire to go out with her lmao

I don't get why you can't just go out with her tbh if you like her? If she doesn't reciprocate - surely that's enough of a turn off to end your crush?

Focus on new love interests. Fortunately there is not just one adorable girl, there are many. Getting lovesick although understandable does turn in to a lot of wasted angst
