Changing degree from Politics and IR to PPE at UOB

I recently got my a level results and unfortuantely they were waaay lower than I expected (BBC, psych, econ, maths). The only offer that i care abt that ive managed to get through clearing is Politics and IR, i didnt meet the requirements for PPE (BBB). Does anyone know the likelyhood of bieng able to change to PPE in the future? I have also been considering getting my econ a level remarked as i was relatively close to an A.
